The Anatomy of Winning-how to REWIRE people to win took over a year and a half to produce and is
set for release on Sunday, March 1, 2009 the day the Lady Raiders host Western Kentucky in
Murfreesboro. The books will be available for purchase and both Micheal and Rick will sign books
at the Murphy Center at noon, prior to the game.
Insell and Burt have teamed up to speak on The Anatomy of Winning-how to REWIRE people to win
across the country. Maximum Success, Burt’s leadership consulting firm, is developing a
curriculum built around the concept that includes The Anatomy of Winning Coaching Academies,
programs for coaching staffs, and Schools of Athletic Leadership for athletes. Workbooks and
templates will accompany the book providing tools to build the complete transformation of cultures.
